Timberline Old Town

Sunday morning teachings and guest speakers from Timberline Old Town. At Timberline Old Town we gather to remind each other who we are…that we are all created in the image of God and have chosen to accept that, accept God’s love, take care of each other, and participate in God’s kingdom as followers of Jesus Christ.

These are the weekend teachings from Timberline Old Town Church in Ft. Collins, CO. Darren Fred is the primary communicator, though there are a smattering of guests spread here and there. Also, check out the Speaking of Art segments. We love art, we love what artists have to say about art. For more info about who we are, visit timberlineoldtown.org.

While Darren is on sabbatical, we're in a series called Voices - exploring the different voices around us (call them wisdom, if you want) that lead are guides on the pilgrimage to the heart of Christ.

Each week, the speaker will act as the guide to exploring a different voice. The guest speakers invited are some of the voices we want people to hear.

BENEDICTION

O God, gather me to be with you

as you are with me.

Keep me in touch with myself.

with my needs

my anxieties,

my pains,

my corruptions.

 That I may claim them as my own,

 rather than blame them on someone else.

O Lord, deepen my wounds into wisdom;

shape my weaknesses into compassion;

gentle my envy into enjoyment,

my fear into trust,

my guilt into honesty.

O God, gather me

to be with you

as you are with me.

Amen.
